How to create a Community Farm

Here you can find a guide on how to create your own farm.

1. On SpookySwap, select the "Farms" tab and choose "Farms V3". Make sure your wallet is connected to the correct network (in this case, Fantom is used).

1. Select ‘Create Farm’ on the Farms V3 page

1. Select a Reward Token

1. Enter in the Total Rewards distributed during the duration of the Farm or the Rewards Per Day. Estimated Daily Rewards are calculated automatically. Note: Rewards per day must exceed $5 to be publicly displayed in the Farms list.

1. Enter a start date and end date of your farm. Note: You can choose the exact start and end time of your farm in intervals of 15 min (ie. 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, etc.)

1. Select a V3 LP Pair and Fee Tier. Note the Target V3 LP Pool must exist on SpookySwap - if it does not exist create it beforehand by providing some liquidity to it.

1. Select 'Approve Token' and approve the transaction in your wallet.

1. Select 'Submit Farm'.

   
2. Review Farm creation details and make sure you input everything correctly. Then select 'Confirm Create Farm'.

1. Community Farm Created Successfully! You may need to wait a few minutes for it to be accessible.

Vesting Period: V3 Farms have a 72hr vesting period to discourage farm and dump.

You still earn farm rewards over the whole time you are staked in an active farm, but if you unstake without waiting 72h from the time of your deposit then you will receive proportionally less rewards.

After 72h pass you keep earning rewards and can withdraw your full owed rewards at any time.
